Takedown notice requirements

5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

We respond to complete notices promptly, and we remove or disable access to infringing material.

Counter-notice

If material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing: identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, your contact details, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. We restore material after a valid counter-notice unless the original complainant files a court action.

Repeat infringers

We disable access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
